Pottery Wheel
Unlock your artistic potential at Make Santa Fe and book one of our pottery wheels! Make has a total of 6 pottery wheels available to members in a variety of styles. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a beginner, you can reserve time on one of our wheels.
This reservation also comes with a selection of ceramic hand tools, an apron, and everything you need to clean your workspace.
When you finish your piece, it MUST be labeled (Name, Date, Cone) and placed on the drying shelf. You may reserve one of our smaller kilns to fire your piece yourself or book a spot inside one of our community kilns (schedules are posted regularly at Make Santa Fe.)

- 0.6 Horsepower
- 14-in aluminum surface
- 2-piece detachable basin
- Bi-directional
- 0-300 RPM variable speed controlled by foot pedal
- Adjustable height
One of our wheels is:
- 1 Horsepower
- 14-in aluminum surface
- 2-piece detachable basin
- Bi-directional
- 0-240 RPM variable speed controlled by foot pedal
- It can handle up to 300 lbs of clay continuously.
Our kick wheel is:
- Motor assisted
- 13-in aluminum surface
- Bi-directional
