Saymak Power Hammer

Our power hammer is a Saymak SPH-50 50kg hammer. This hammer is helpful in the large-scale or large-quantity production of steel items. Members must take the Power Hammer Badge class and our Introduction to Blacksmithing badge class to use this hammer.

What this reservation includes:

• Use of blacksmithing space (it’s outdoor and covered; dress accordingly). Some other blacksmithing might be using the area and the propane forges, please share.
• Use of anvil(s)
• Use of various blacksmithing tools (tongs, hammers, punches, wrenches, tables, etc.)
• Note: You must bring your own propane!

What this reservation does not include:

• Materials
• Propane!
• Instruction (although we do have staff around to answer questions)
