I'm a new volunteer at Make Santa Fe.
My background is electrical engineering and I spent over 20 years in the field of Test and Measurement especially focusing on the measurement of sound and vibration. My skills include prototyping, sensors, and data acquisition / analysis so I'm comfortable with a wide variety of test equipment.
Currently my day job is technical writing and training so I'm looking forward to teaching some basic electronics classes at Make. Please let me know what you're interested in: robotics, microcontrollers (Arduino, etc.), internet of things (IoT), home automation, DIY websites, audio, Raspberry PI computing, sensors (weather, air quality, cameras), something else?
I've followed the Maker movement since its early days and am looking forward to giving back to the community.
