Vanessa Garcia brings a dynamic background in technology, operations, and business transformation to the Make board. With over a decade of experience in the tech industry, she specializes in streamlining workflows, automating systems, and helping small businesses scale with intention.
Vanessa is the founder of Vesta Interactive, a consulting agency focused on transforming business operations through automation, strategic design, and smart systems. She also serves as the Operations Manager at Tax & Accounting Solutions, where she leads internal process improvements and strategic planning for growth.
As Treasurer of the Board, Vanessa is excited to use her operational and financial expertise to support Make’s long-term sustainability. In addition to her board role, she also teaches classes at Make, sharing her skills and helping others gain confidence with tools and techniques. She’s committed to making sure Make’s tools, education, and creative spaces remain open and impactful for the entire community, and her hands-on involvement reflects a deep passion for accessibility, empowerment, and creativity.
