Learn the foundational metal and wood fabrication techniques, including MIG welding, basic woodworking, and finishing processes. You’ll gain experience using tools in our metal and wood shops, emphasizing safety, hands-on learning, and creative problem-solving.
This is a perfect next step for those who’ve completed our Metalshop or Woodshop badge classes and are ready to combine their skills into a single project. Leave with a deeper understanding of fabrication—and a handcrafted piece to take home.
