Bring your knives back to life and learn a skill you’ll use forever.
In this practical, hands-on class, you’ll learn how to sharpen common kitchen, utility, and other knives using stones and shop sharpening equipment. We’ll cover edge angles, burr formation, grit progression, and safe handling techniques so you can maintain a razor-sharp edge at home.
You’ll learn how to:
- Evaluate a dull or damaged knife edge
- Choose the right sharpening angle
- Use stones and grinders safely and effectively
- Hone and maintain your knives between sharpenings
By the end of class, you’ll understand the full sharpening process and leave with the skills to keep your knives performing like new.
Perfect for: Home cooks, makers, and anyone tired of struggling with dull knives.
