In this 2-hour follow-up to 2D Drafting, you’ll learn how to extrude, fillet, shell, and combine sketches to create solid, manufacturable parts.

You’ll explore:

  • The fundamentals of Fusion’s 3D modeling workspace.
  • Building parts from sketches and understanding the timeline workflow.
  • Parametric design: editing geometry intelligently and efficiently.
  • Preparing files for 3D printing, CNC machining, or visualization.

You’ll leave class with a fully realized 3D part ready to export for fabrication — and a deeper understanding of how digital design connects directly to Make’s tools.

Prerequisite: Participants must complete this 2D Drafting test in any 3D modeling software and email it to us before attending the class.
