Laser Lino Printmaking

Sunday, December 15 @ 10:00 am 2:00 pm

Unlock your creativity and explore the fusion of technology and traditional printmaking in our Laser Lino class and learn Printmaking with a Laser Engraver.  In this hands-on, 4-hour workshop, you will learn how to create intricate designs on linoleum using a state-of-the-art CO2 laser engraver- this process also works on wood, and then transfer your unique patterns onto paper using a roller press. Perfect for artists, crafters, and makers of all skill levels, this class offers a unique opportunity to merge digital precision with the timeless art of printmaking.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to turn an image into a usable digital design for laser engraving for printmaking.
  • Introduction to Printmaking – A brief history of printmaking and its evolution with modern technology.

  • Hands-On Engraving – Participants engrave their own designs onto woodblocks & linoleum blocks under guided instruction.

  • Tips for achieving clean, sharp prints and troubleshooting common issues.
